ABOUT ME

I'm a passionately curious, current PhD student at Stanford University, studying Comparative Literature. I love meeting new people and traveling. I'm from Manhattan and I grew up on Long Island. From there, went to college and completed both a BA and an MA at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. Then I moved to the west coast to continue my education.

I have lofty goals for myself: I want to change the world. Like really make a difference. Change it for the better. Influence others. Teach others. Become someone. Impact all those I meet. Connect the world. Facilitate love, peace, and growth. Become a bridge for future generations. Change the way the world lives. And I believe that I will do this. That I am doing this--or at least working on it.

That, and I also constantly face a certain dilemma--that I am always a strong believer that you should do what you love, follow your dreams etc., but that you also need to be able to have enough money to pay for life, it's demands, bills, etc. I am currently trying to strike the balance between passion, play, and work. It is tough, but that's where I hope that you can come it to help me!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've lived in South America for 3 months and had the chance to travel throughout Argentina, Bolivia, Ecuador and Peru.

I can share with you my expertise on Literary Theory, Philosophy or even the Romance Languages. I'm also a fountain of information -- I received an MA in Humanistic Studies, a BA in Psychological and Brain Sciences, English and Spanish (3 majors), and also 3 minors at the same time (in Mathematics; Women, Gender and Sexuality, and Latin American Studies).
