About Me

ABOUT ME

I've been travelling all my life and can't stop! I'm sure it's a sort of addiction. I love to meet new people and learn about their cultures. Truth, I enjoy doing the touristy things... but I enjoy mixing that with the "typical" things to do in a city. Finding the underground spots and where the locals go/what they do/ what they eat. I'm into most things, at least for a little while and would be up for anything on any given night. I'll give anything a try at least once.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm not really sure about this one... Just keep going and enjoy it!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I don't have any current couchsurfing experience, but I'm hoping to change that very soon.

Interests

My main interest is travelling and learning about new cultures and new languages. Meeting people who can change your views and possibly changing someone else's view. I like going to new places as well. In the non-travel sense, I'm into fashion, writing, movies and music (though I know very little about movies and music, I love suggestions), and I like thinking about the way life works, which I find to be an endlessly fascinating subject.

Music, Movies, and Books

There are many good ones out there! I liked the novella "Breakfast at Tiffany's" which is in my head mostly because I just read it, but the character of Holly is captivating (I don't much remember the movie though). I also love anything by Roald Dahl. I tend to read classics. As for movies I would have to say I'm a sucker for comedies and can't bring myself to watch anything too serious if I'm not with other people. Larry David is a hero of mine. You'll have to teach me about music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I got the chance to climb the pyramids of the Sun and the Moon in Mexico when I was little girl, which somehow amazes me.

Teach, Learn, Share

I like learning about anything, really. I speak Italian and French, so I'll be able to practice those with anybody who wants to learn. I'd also be happy to share my travelling experiences with people (of which I have many and some quite funny).
