ABOUT ME

My only desire has been to create artwork since I was a child.I was lucky to work creatively with her former husband/partner and supported ourselves in the world of glass artistry for 25 years. We have two grown children and two grandchildren.
In 2017, I experienced a significant redirection in life, drawing my attention to an abandoned old grain elevator which is the new canvas. Over the last 6 years, I have been transforming the grain elevator into a sustainable living space. When I first viewed the building, my intuition saw the ground floor as my living space and the top floor for "frequency work." which remains a mystery to me.
Something that is dear to my heart is sharing a story about my father. Recently Kylie Low a podcast told part of that story so very well. Please listen to it and share. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have met the most wonderful people couchsurfing.

Interests

I am interested in Arts, Nia dance, Salsa and East Coast Swing(I don't know how to do west coast yet) yoga, my children, my grandchildren, alternative house building, and staying well both physically and mentally as I mature, gardening, good food and a little red wine.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveled the Amazon river for 2 weeks ....back in 1993. It was a great adventure learning about how everything is connected. We traveled the amazon river with a small group and a shaman from Iquitos Peru to where Colombia (Leticia) and Brazil (Manaus) meet. It was amazing how untraveled the Amazon was. On our way we seldom saw any boats, dug-out canoes when we visited tribal communities. It was not until we got close to Manaus and Leticia that we saw motorboats, the atmosphere was totally different.
