ABOUT ME

I am 56. I work in healthcare as a sleep study tech. Dealing with people who have sleep problems. I have lived in a variety of states, CA,NE,SD,MI, WI and now Minnesota. I have had a variety of careers. I have worked with mentally ill populations, I have been a Paralegal working in the legal profession and now work in healthcare. I love living in MN because there is so much to do theatre bars and lots of out door activities as well.

PHILOSOPHY

everything happens for a reason. I try to understand and be non judgemental of others . I try to live as though it may be my last day. Be generous and thoughful of others. I believe in karma and that the universe takes care of those who are evil.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I want to be able to have people travel and see how people live in the area they are visiting live and what they do for fun and activity.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

This is my first experience with it but i had some young friends that have encouraged me to try this they thought i would really like it.

Interests

I am interested in many things I make necklaces, motorcycling, hiking canoeing, camping and playing cards. I love hot springs and history.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like some Fellini movies. I also like bond movies and romantic comedy. I listen to book while I am driving. I like a lot of different types of music not over loud but dance ambient and new age classic rock and world music, celtic.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have lived on the streets on San Francisco CA when I was 27 moved there with little money.I saw the tulip gardens near Amsterdam one spring and they were amazing the colors.

I moved to Berkeley CA when I was 25 with nothing but the clothes on my back and little money.
