Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have friends that have used Couchsurfing and had great experiences. For me, it is just a way for me to travel in a cheap, different and spontaneous way! Also, love the fact like i get to meet new people!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Last summer, I lived in Honduras for 2 months for a mission trip. I am very proud of it and consider it "amazing" because it was completely out of my comfort zone and didn't know any Spanish or any of the people I was meeting up with there. This trip included living in very rough conditions- no running water (had to take bucket showers), no air conditioning, we had bugs and lizards all in our rooms and had a HUGE language barrier! It was an amazing experience and even though it was very challenging at times, I would do it again in a heart beat!

I am a very open person and one of my favorite things to do it talk to interesting people and learn all about their life and the different experiences they have lived through.
