mastering the senses
Since finishing college four years ago, I've been seeking jobs in the outdoors, often with youth. In the off seasons, I travel around the United States and sometimes internationally. I've worked a variety of fun jobs, from leading bike tours to dog sledding trips, trail crews, backpacking; I try to make work a part of play. Most recently I spent a year in Seattle leading environmental restoration with people from all over the world!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I used couch surfing most during a solo bike tour through the South of France. I had nothing but positive experiences! Now once again in Europe, I'll travel with a dear friend through Portugal and Morocco! Joana and I just finished a trip to the north of Portugal Couchsurfing with a variety of superb hosts.
I stayed at people's houses through warmshowers.org; a similar concept for people on bike tours. I had very positive experiences. Just this last winter, I couch surfed with a number of people in France. I surfed a couple of times in the United States.
Living outside. Making adventure a part of daily life. I try to make every place I go better.
