I quit my desk job in Australia a few months ago because I have a wanderlust in me that was just dying to get out and explore. I've moved to London and I'm going on my first trip, yay!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've gone to the other side of the world so that I can meet new people, experience different cultures and visit every corner of the Earth. I've couch surfed with friends of friends in the past and it is always the best way to get to know a new place, I love it!

Interests

I'm not a party-party-party person, although I don't mind a quietish drink or two at home, with friends or a bar. I like getting out and about on my holidays (that's vacation to you US folks) and experiencing the local area. I love food, wine, good company, good books, good movies, music, computers and learning new things.

I also love planning things at the last minute and leaving things slightly to chance. I booked flights a few days ago to arrive in 48 hours from now to a country I've never been before and I haven't really made any solid plans.

Every holiday I've been on started like this and etched memories in my soul for a lifetime, so why the hell not, hey??

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Saw Alfie Allen (Theon Greyjoy, heir to the Iron Islands) walk past me the other day in London and on the inside screemed in fangirl joy, but on the outside, simply widened my eyes and didn't bother him as he went by because it was a bustling street and he probably would have been mobbed because is such a superstar.

Probably my greatest ever moment of self-control.
