My friend Erin and I are avid skiers (I snowboard). We both went to the University of Massachusetts Amherst and graduated in '14. Erin is currently an 8th grade history teacher in Springfield, Ma. I am working in Boston for a Clinical Trials Non-profit. We are fun-loving, down to earth gals with a wicked sense of humor.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We are couchsurfing to expand our ski network and meet new friends! We have a max pass, which is a ski pass that includes 22 mts across the US and Canada. We are looking for a few kind strangers to house us for a night or two to experience as many mountains as we can this season because, let's face it...ski cabins/hotels are EXPENSIVE.

Interests

We LOVE skiing and snowboarding. We are passionate about education and making a difference in the world through increasing opportunities for low-income people. We are both current soccer players.

I am a huge fan of music festivals. I have been to Firefly and Bonnaroo. And I love catching a spontaneous show on Friday or Saturday night.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One amazing thing Erin has done is study abroad in Ecuador for a semster learning and exploring the South American Culture. She is fluent in Spanish and loves to chat about her experiences.
