I'm Madeline and currently a university student.
I love to sing, write and do music. It's probably the biggest passion I have in my life and it honestly means alot to me. Besides that, I like to meet up with friends, hang out, do Yoga, go to bars, travel, hike, go to concerts and simply have a good time.
I do believe that we should have respect for each other, for living things and the planet we live on. I believe that we need to respect nature's barriers as well as the barriers of other creatures but need to learn how to break down the imaginary barriers in our own mind, while also respect our own real barriers.
I like meeting new people and learning about the path they're walking on.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I' d like to meet new people and have interesting and real conversations.
I'm really interested in different cultures, people that have a story to tell and an interesting mindset they are willing to share. I'd like to get to know different ways of living in this world and learn about these ways from a local's perspective.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There's not one single thing. There's many different things and experiences.
What I love about travelling is that, it just feels like you leave a piece of yourself at all of the places you travel to, and take a different piece with you. You create connections between people that you might never see again, but the experience, the emotions, the memories stay.

Teach, Learn, Share

Sometimes you need to let go. Sometimes you gotta hold on. Sometimes you have to listen to someone's else's advice, and sometimes you need to trust your inner voice and stand up for yourself.
As I go through this life, my goal is to constantly grow as an individual, learn from my mistakes and work on myself, share these experiences with others, inspire and be inspired and form connections that way. I learned to take bad experiences as a chance, something that the universe throws at you, so that you can notice a hidden part that you need to take care of.
Everything I've ever done got me here.
I'm still here because I chose not to give up and accept that sometimes rain, sadness is necessary to keep the sun, the happiness in one's life.
Sometimes the darkest chapters in your life can open doors and burn down walls so that something new, something beautiful can be created.
