Friends say I'm sweet, caring, and helpful. I am mostly a quiet person, but I am learning to open up and be comfortable in my own skin. My other friend says I am very observant.
A rideshare told me the other day I'm a great romantic. I was impassioned about his potential future love with a lady from a different town. I do tend to get very passionate about love and romance. I believe in love as the most powerful force in the universe and I encourage others to follow their heart and not to be afraid to take risks.
I suppose my personal philosophy is simply to be a conduit for the greatest good. I live my life because I believe in World Peace. I feel appreciative of the blessings in my life. It softens me to know that there are so many paths to healing and possibilities to a more joyful experience for all of us.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am totally new to the Couch Surfing website
I have had a lot of couch surfing with family and friends. I have had no couch surfing experience via couchsurfing.org.
The Beauty of Nature is what really grabs me. Organic farming and gardening is what I am most drawn to for work. I am interested in positive growth in our cultural and social world. I am enthusiastic about sustainable alternative lifestyles. Honey bees are fascinating to me. My future goal is to have my own honey bee farm. I like to draw and drink tea. I spend my time traveling, studying, cooking, cleaning, and enjoying nature. I have a camera and I like to take pictures. I love music and dancing.
Music, Movies, and Books
My media preferences are so diverse and always changing.
Right now I have been watching some BBC drama series, Downton Abbey, Land Girls. My current music preference is Native American Church songs, Kevin Yazzie and round dance songs, Randy Wood.
I am reading a fantasy book called Dragon's Blood.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The ocean is what leaves me completely stricken with awe. Swimming with Sea turtles in Hawaii was
a great moment. Most recently another sea turtle experience left me floored in Florida. I went out with my Aunt and cousin to the beach and we found a baby sea turtle. We didn't really know what to do so we took it out past the surf and it swam strongly towards the open ocean. I was completely humbled by the instinct of courage in that tiny life.
Teach, Learn, Share
I know how to make a mean green papaya salad and
real sticky rice. I can be a Spanish partner for fellow Spanish learners.
