About Me
Hello there !
I used to work as a guide in Bretagne, France, but I've quit my job two months ago to travel and continue to discover the world. Traveling is a real motivation and a passion.
I also want to take some time at the moment to have a break and think about what I really want to do after that. Even though I liked working in tourism for a few years, I want to stop and I need to think about it to choose a new carreer.
For a few months I want to be able to go wherever I want to go and do some other things rather than working.
I plan to go on community volunteering projects in the summer : ecology and environmental issues are an important matter in my life. Learning new techniques about eco-building is something I've been willing to do for a long time and I'm happy to be able to discover more about it during the Summer.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
With a friend, we decided to travel to Italy by hitchhikking. I'm leaving on the 12th of June to do so. We are really excited about this new adventure ! On the 16th of June, she would leave to come back to France but I would keep going on my own. I'm really looking forward to it.
I've already been using Couchsurfing in the past, but with friends. I loved the way it makes me feel to be able to go to a place, to meet and share with people I would never have a chance to connect with in another situation.
I like to discover a city or a place by wandering around, but I also like to have some advice about where to go. The culture and history of a country is important for me to better understand its people. I think couchsurfing is a great way to really understand and to share history of a country.
Interests
I really love hiking, I go on hikes often during my travels. But chilling and sharing a moment with a good movie or with a beer is also great !
