Interests

So many but ... I focus on the development and understanding of the delicate relationship between body and soul - I read a lot and learn from trainers about meditation, yoga, diet, Ayurveda fascinates me. I love and I need sport to keep balance, it gives me a positive fatigue, joy and strength. Music accompanies me still from jazz to hard rock. When I feel tired - I cook or watch movies.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm from very interesting region and country, a country which 20 years ago was confused with the Netherlands (Poland? You mean Holland?), and associated with white bears in the streets. Everyone who comes here is amazed - we have 4 types of mountains, lakes as in Finland, the sea and the bay where do widsurfing and kite. Warsaw itself - destroyed in 90% is constantly changing and it is a living organism with many attractions. I can show you the city and teach you prefare Polish cuisine ;-)
