Hello 👋 I'm Maggie and am from the beautiful Queenstown, New Zealand! I've just finished uni and so now am officially a free agent with a desire to see the world. I am passionate about people - meeting them, hearing their stories, and creating new friendships.

I want to travel in a different way. I want to meet people, be spontaneous, and create amazing memories. I plan on travelling alone a bit, so it is also a great way to get some local connections, immerse myself in local culture and get more knowledge about the area I'm in; something that is hard to do from a secluded hotel room!

Sport and the outdoors. I love all kinds of sport and have tried my hand at most things - snowboarding, skiing, wakeboarding waterskiing, skating, netball, basketball, rugby, touch, hockey, you name it!

Música, películas y libros

Music: Six60, Sticky Fingers, Jack Johnson, Angus & Julia Stone - hit me with any kind of acoustic music and I'm sure to enjoy it.
Movies: Don't judge me for it, but Titanic has got to be my favourite movie of all time! Love a good comedy though, Anchorman gets me every time.

Algo increíble que he hecho

This year I was the NZ Rose of Tralee, which is a competition for young women of Irish decent. I travelled to Ireland and performed in front of a crowd of 2000 and was on live TV in front on 2 million viewers!

Enseña, aprende, comparte

In exchange for a couch I can happily teach you to snowboard, ski, skate, wakeboard or waterski if you're ever in NZ! I have spend 5 winter seasons snowboard instructing at Coronet Peak in Queenstown in uni breaks, so would love to take you for a shred.
