I'm based in San Francisco, CA but am currently traveling full-time for four months. My boyfriend and I converted a Sprinter van into a tiny home on wheels so that we could explore all the amazing places in the US. Eventually we want to also van travel Europe and South America. We've driven through the Northern states, and the East Coast, and are now making our way back to California through the South/Midwest. We'd love to meet people along the way, either locals or other travelers, to explore, share stories, and good food/drinks.

I work in the tech industry in SF, at a software APM company. Outside of work, I enjoy learning new things, such as Japanese, pottery, photography, and surfing. I love animals and volunteer at dog shelters when I can. I'm easy-going and enjoy chill nights watching films, or having drinks with friends. I value getting outdoors to exercise, hike, or photograph scenic places.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet locals and share a beer, meal, or stories. And to experience a town/city in a new way, by finding the hidden gems in a city that only a local would know, and get away from the tourist traps.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Turned an empty, metal Sprinter van into a little home on wheels, equipped with a solar system (to power lights, fridge, cooker, electronics), water/sink, a bed, cabinets, kitchen countertop, and wood finishing for a homey, comfortable feel. All with zero experience on electrics, carpentry, or DIY repair.
