I like to participate by cleaning, helping put or providing with food, it depends... i train to completely get into my own frequence again, really like to build stuff and to do installations. i spend a lot of time solo and dont like to do smalltalk really.. i rather take a walk or clean ur kitchen or something like that. :)

right now i do not have a constant home for am travelling all the time so i dont have a couch...
