A closer contact with the people of the places I visit and a true cultural exchange. Eating more organic and local products.
I love music, reading, food, walking and of course travelling.
I like discovering new things.
My father is French and my mother Spanish.
My family is truly international.Using different languages is my favourite game since I'm little.
"Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one's lifetime." Mark Twain
"Be the change you want to see in the world" Gandhi
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I enjoy hosting people and try to help them whenever I can.
Most of the time,I met wonderful people with lots of stories to share.
In two cases I discovered really bad things and I have been extremely disappointed. But I'm not the kind of girl that gives up :)
I'd like to mention Sherrilyn Kenyon: “Everyone suffers at least one bad betrayal in their lifetime. It’s what unites us.The trick is not to let it destroy your trust in others when that happens.Don’t let them take that from you.”
Music,cinema,reading and TRAVELLING.
I believe in ecology and fairtrade.I think it's important to fight against poverty and injustice.
Music, Movies, and Books
Music is really important in my everyday life:
Zdravko Colic,Ceca,Lee Kernaghan, Adele, Colonia, Azis, Indexi,Giorgia,Christophe Willem, classic, rock, jazz, manele,chalga,turbo-folk...
Writers:Guy de Maupassant,Emile Zola,Miles Franklin,Peter Carey,Cervantes,James Joyce,Ivo Andric,Velibor Colic...
Some of my favourite movies:Schindler's List, The Green Mile, La vita e bella, Australia, El secreto de sus ojos, La lengua de las mariposas...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
It's difficult to choose,so I would say I particularly enjoy sharing a glass of sweet tea with Bedouins in Sinai and being invited by Gypsies.
Even if they live in hard conditions, even if they are not always respected as they should, they are joyful, generous and hospitable. They deserve our respect.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love learning and sharing experiences with others.
I try to teach in my job...but I'm not sure of the result ;-)
