About Me

To spread glitter across the European continent!

I come from a land Down Under.

I'm a creative, yet very easy going guy who recently moved to Europe. Old people, animals & children love me. I like animals too.

I'm unapologetically gay, my personality type is borderline shy/wild, I'm an occasional performance artist (see my pics for a rather sketchy definition of 'performance') & a huge lover of cheese.

I don't play games, because I generally get really competitive & end up ruining it for everyone. Except SingStar. I'm well good at that.

I'm not a fan of preservatives, I don't like conservatives, & I can't stand liquorice! (I do, however, like Sambuca... I know, strange right?)

I treat others how I like to be treated - with respect, non judgement & kindness. Otherwise, they get a swift slap to the testes!

No, I'm only joking - I'd never risk breaking a nail. I'd use a glove - hello!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Being unable to host atm, I'm occasionally looking 2 surf the brown couches & even browner canals of Europe. And that is NOT a butt joke! Just because I'm an Aussie that doesn't make me a... oh, wait... nope, I've totally lost where I was going with that...

I've now surfed a few times, & have to admit it's all about making good choices that you feel comfortable with. So far, the ones that felt right from the start, WERE right. Go with your gut - it'll rarely steer you wrong!

Unique &/or hideously unattractive people, a lot of modern (visual & performance) art, most electronic music, searching for buried treasure, reading, flashing things (like, things that flash - not me flashing people, obviously - that'd just be weird) cooking, groups activities, clubs & bars, social media, intellectual simulation, watching people over react, some stuff you've never heard of.... oh, & i really love travelling. It really is, the best thing. Ever!

Music, Movies, and Books

Any John Waters film! Indie, cult, independent & foreign films interest me the most.

The Knife. Gary Numan. Dirty Sanchez. Scissor Sisters. Boney M. Peaches. Laurie Anderson. Miss Kitten. S'Express. Chicks On Speed. Marilyn Manson. Roisin Murphy. Sigur Ros. Madonna. Combichrist. The Soft Pink Truth. Kate Bush. The Chemical Brothers. Nine Inch Nails. Sweet Pussy Pauline. Moby. Simian Mobile Disco. Queen. Crystal Castles. M.I.A. Radiohead. Matmos. David Bowie. Felix Da Housecat. System Of A Down. Tiga. Kylie Minogue. Fuck Buttons. Missy Elliott. Global Deejays. Dead Or Alive. Fischerspooner. Robyn. Hot Chip. Blondie. Fukkk Offf.

I read mostly non fiction (biographies, art theory etc). My favourite author of fiction is Gene Genet (& that's not, strictly fiction, so yeah... this is... awkward).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The coast of New Zealand is unbelievable from the air, & the wind farms on the south coast of Spain are pretty breath taking as well, but Flinders Lane in the mid 90's, say around midday after a Mardi Gras party - now THAT is what you call amazing!!!

Teach, Learn, Share

Creating, experiences, & ideas are all inter-relatable with these 3 concepts.

Wow. Now that's what I call 'clearing a profound blockage'

Countries I’ve Visited

France, Germany, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain, Turkey, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In
