Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

I'm currently looking for places to stay in Seattle from the 19th August to 5th September (even just for a night or two!).
I'm visiting my brother and his family for the first time in 3 years- they've had two children in that time! I've found that the accomodation in Seattle is quite difficult, so I'm trying Couchsurfing again for the first time in many years.

I'm pretty laidback and respectful, enjoy meeting new people and learning about them. Fully house trained and have some good Airbnb reviews (ha).

I could potentially host people in the future in either Hastings (a nice seaside town in the UK) or London.

Interesses

Film and music are my big passions. Love football as well. An avid reader, usually get through about 50+ books a year.

I'm a massive film geek. My favourite directors include Terrence Malick, Wim Wenders, Herzog..the list goes on.

Music comes a close second. I really enjoy going to gigs and finding new music. Rock, ambient, folk, electronic, etc.

Books: Franz Kafka, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Iris Murdoch... lots and lots
