There are no strangers, only friends I have not met yet ;)
I am an American woman but I have only lived in Germany. My parents left the States and settled in Germany over 40 years ago. I am the oldest of 6 children and don´t have any desire to leave Germany ... besides when I travel and I had traveled alot. But who knows, perhaps I will move somewhere else one day.
I like staying flexible
No risk - no fun
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I mainly host others and like getting to know about different cultures, tour my guest around. I also like taking my guests dumpster diving, cooking with them or for my hosts and once in a while I organize a CS-meeting in Wiesbaden or Munich when I visit their St. Patrick´s Parade.
travelling, dancing, inline-skating, swimming, architecture, nature, meeting new people, seeing new things, trying out unusual things, cooking with almost everything I get or find, I think buying things in stores is too easy and kind of boring/useless
- dumpster diving
- scuba diving
Music, Movies, and Books
I prefer listenting and dancing to older music starting from the 20´s till 70´s/some of the 80´s.
Movies with a good or true story and talented acters that do not necessarily have to be well known.
I mainley read up things in the web. No long stories. More practical and helpful books like travel guids or cook books :)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Foz do Iguacu in South America, Dunn´s River Falls in Jamaica, on my inline skates with a green dress at the St. Patrick´s Parade in Munich plus at the Carnival Parade here in Wiesbaden and I joined this club!
