I am a full time nursing student with a passion for people, travel, history, culture, and learning. About 3 years ago I felt that I was trapped, stuck in the corner of a world much bigger than myself with much more to offer than I had known. I comforted this feeling by taking my first trip out of the country to East Africa where I spent time learning the culture, customs, and meeting beautiful souls of Tanzanian people. Since then, the travel itch has been coursing through my blood and I'm looking for more affordable and soul enriching ways to cure it.

My boyfriend of 2 years and I live together in Detroit, MI. He is a musician and lives to travel and take on new adventures and experiences.
