Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Once a couch in Hungary, one in Maastricht, several couches in Istanbul and in Germany.
I really enjoy to meet new people and to get in touch with local people during traveling. I only had good experiences. Especially my CS expiriences in Hungary and Turkey were extremely positive, because i learned alot about different perspectives and greatly enriched the travels.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

6 weeks of voluntary work in Kerala, South india. After some time as a tourist it was incredibly nice and cool to stay at one place and create a real connection to the locals. I worked in church project and tried daily to help some families to repair their houses. This was the first time in india that i got the feeling to learn something important over the culture. Further i had the feeling to be completly accepted and also pleasure of my presence.
