About Me

Striving for humility

I hate talking about myself :)

Don't fuck with people. Nothing to verbose. I think all people are generally good, because every 5 year old is basically good. So when I get angry -which is often- I try my best to picture the person angering me as a five year old. Then I try to imagine how previous grown ups fucked them up. Humans lash out because of insecurity, I try to find that insecurity in whom ever and fix it. I try...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couch available dependent on time frame. I have a rescue dog that is awesome, but has some separation anxiety. He tends to nibble and steal shoes and sweaters as a result, so if you're not into dogs it most likely won't work out.

None yet, hoping to get some good motorcycle trips in soon though....

I love motorcycles/cars, anything to do with driving. I feel safest in life when behind the wheel or throttle.

I love water, both in terms of oceans and as an element, it makes me very serene. I like to paddleboard alot, and if anyone could teach me to kiteboard, I would be forever in there debt!

Dogs are the shizzle and cats SUCK!

Music, Movies, and Books

The Book of Five Rings, White Fang, One Hundred Years of Solitude, The Prophet, The Alchemist, For Whom the Bell Tolls, Hagakure, Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintence, Siddartha, The Pearl, anything by Vonnegut.....

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'm in constant awe of everything, it's all about perception.

That being said, I was almost struck by lightning while walking alone in a desert once, the power of it left me absolutely awestruck.

The Hagakure say the ultimate level of sword mastery comes when the Samurai realizes he needs no sword...
