We are Manon and Matthieu, two french travellers on our way to Japan / Asia by land (without flying). We want to travel slowly, take time to discover places, countries and people.

Manon likes yoga, pole dancing and aerial hoop, singing, playing ukulele, and chatting about basically everything.
Matthieu loves computer science, rollerdance (yep, it's dancing on roller skates), animes, and learning as many languages as possible.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We are looking to meet people all along the way because that is what journeys are about. Taking are of each other and mutual aid are the basis of a healthy society :)

Manon actually used to welcome guests in her old home in Caen. Unfortunately now we are on the road and cannot host.

In music, Manon likes a lot of different styles : Arctic Monkeys, Billie Eilish, Bad Bunny are among her favorite artists. She also sing folk songs in a choir, and she's interested in learning traditional songs and music in every country we visit :)

Matthieu loves electro/techno, afrobeat, and folk artists from Madagascar.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hitchhiking all the way from the west of France to Estonia with 7 friends (Manon) & working in a traditional ryokan in Japan (Matthieu).
