About Me
Hello!
Recently, I traveled to Colombia and hiked the Sierra Nevada's cloudy, tropical forests, camped in small mosquito-net covered huts, met and learned from the indigenous people, and explored the Lost City. Besides this expedition, I've been to India, Thailand, Myanmar, Canada, Bulgaria, Costa Rica, France, Spain, and Italy.
Currently, I am working as a mental health therapist. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, writing, learning, traveling, and simply experiencing new places and meeting interesting, new people :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have always seen myself as an avid adventurer. I have a deep affection for meeting new people, learning new cultures, and seeing new places.
I haven't been able to do as much traveling/hosting past couple years due to my work and studies, but hopefully now that will change.
I've never been a big fan of staying in fancy hotels and eating full course meals. Rather than that, I enjoy meeting locals and learning about how a place truly is. I think Couchsurfing is an incredibly unique community. It allows people to travel and to learn from locals, and so to get a true glimpse of a particular place and it's customs.
We have friends all over the world, we just don't know it.
