I am recently sort of retired. I've been repairing my house in Morocco, and am taking a vacation in the USA

ABOUT ME

I am an extrovert, but not noisy. I am passionate, but remain calm. I am artistic and scientific at the same time; make decisions easily, after thorough research; so I am decisive, but not impulsive. I am patient, empathetic, and tolerant but have no tolerance for bigots. I love to dance, and listen to live music. I love to share my collection of international music so much that I produced a radio show named "Music Without Borders," my favorite job. I also enjoyed being a mechanic and welder.

I am a good conversationalist and a good listener. I am playful, and laugh easily. I am very respectful and compassionate. I am honest and straightforward.

PHILOSOPHY

Live and let live. But, also teach and learn. Listen, think. Change.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Co-hosted a couple in Allston, MA; at a collective house I lived in. Surfed many couches in Morocco, and a few in New Mexico, but that was mostly before CouchSurfing.org.

兴趣

I love to travel and have only once traveled with a group. I've lived in many states, as well as abroad. I am not at all conservative. I am trying to take care of myself and our earth in a logical, rational way. I have a life-long interest in ecology, permaculture, and environmental aesthetics. For example: architecture and gardens that are environmentally sustainable, economically accessible and beautiful.

Sitting on Flagstaff Mountain (Boulder, Colorado), waiting for the sun to come up. I was above a thick layer of clouds that were behaving like a very quiet ocean, with little curly-cues and wisps of mist lapping at the rocks I sat on. It was one of the moments I felt one with the universe.
