About Me

Hi there!
My name is Marco, I recently graduated in Biology.
I'm new here, but we actually hosted a lot of people from all over the world last year via our German ex-flatmate's profile. She really got us into CS!
I live in Bologna (North of Italy) in a cool apartment, close to the city center.
Me and my other flatmates would like to host travellers, or other friendly people, needing a place hear to enjoy one of the most beautiful and cultural city of Italy.
We are three: me, Alessandro and Federica.
You're all invited to stay for a couple of days or longer. We'll try to give you friendship, a good place to stay (we have a double bed for guests) and amazing city tours (both at day and nightime) depending on what you are interested in.
Currently, I'm working on my English skills by studying for the IELTS certification (most likely, I'll take it soon, so I really need to improve as much as I can). Alessandro also has a similar need. He's moving to U.S. in May, to start his thesis (History) there.
Thus, the only thing we ask in return is to be friendly and help us out with your English!
I really like to travel and meeting travellers, expecially musician, story tellers, eco-people and smiling-faces.
I've travelled a lot across Europe, and have visited Spain (5 times), Germany (again 5 times), France, England, Greece, a lot of other places, and also Ireland and northern Ireland for more than a month, as a worker and traveller.
I really like nature, and I'm looking for a PhD in animalss conservation, wondering to work on Alps.
I'm also a good biker and a mountain hiker.
See you!
