To find my place in life and be content :)
I think all my closest friends think I am a very kind and compassionate person, some would even say "Too Much", unfortunately when you have Longhair and my "looks" peoples 1st impression is a negative one :(. But I'm quite boring actually :p I have NEVER done ANY Drugs (nor natural ones) unless you count Ibuprofen and Cough Medicine, I dont drink. But I do appreciate good Music, Film, TV, Art and compassionate people who are kind as well. I am also very Spiritual but do not impose my beliefs on others.
All in all I care about people, have great ethics, values and a good friend . . . even though I'm a Metalhead ;). BTW, I'm very clean, I pick-up after myself and willing to lend a helping hand and getting my hands dirty :).
If you are Kind, Compassionate and Ethical, it will come back to you. "What you give is what you get".
I want to find the place I belong and be happy and Content, and continue to be a kind and generous person :).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Oh boy . . .
If this means "What I give back", I wish I could do more :( I have given out a lot of advice to people to "Keep on Going", to "Hang on" and "Go for your Dreams and take risks!", but I have to also listen to my own advice.
I have said to folks, that if ever I have the means, I want to get into Philanthropy, help People in the U.S. find Food, Shelter/Homes, Employment, Education. And its sad that many Children go without all these, thats got to end.
I have never hosted or have anyone stay with me.
Actually here because of Needing a Couch :(. In a "Transitional Period" and needing a nice safe place to do some Work (Freelance Artist) and then move on to my own Apt. here in Pasadena or Santa Monica.
So I need . . . a Couch for, a Month? :/.
As for me . . .
Well its happened very few times, but has been in dire circumstances. Being a Freelance Artist and doing your best to stay in it is very hard with everyone from everywhere coming to California to do what I do so it makes it tough to be "unique", but I have to keep going because its all I know.
I have had some great hosts, to going places under "duress" and having it only give me new experiences, muscles and strive for a better life.
One day it will all be written in a Book about my life.
ART! Music! Concerts, Book Stores, Film, Guitars, Musicians, Girls (that give me the time of day :p), finding cool places to eat, Record Store/Video Store hopping, conversation of all types. The compassion of people, people who give kindness and are polite, they care about their surroundings and are respectful.
Art is my life as a Conceptual Artist/Storyboard Designer and Illustrator, and Music goes hand in hand with creating my Art, Sub-genres of Metal and Progressive Rock are my passions, but also into Classic Rock, Blues, Classical and Contemporary Vocalists, Jazz/Fusion, Soundtrack Scores, classical and some Alternative. I like pre-80's R&B but not into Rap/Hip-hop at all (Sorry folks).
I'm a Sci-Fi/Fantasy Geek :p Also Anime/Manga but have been behind on many new titles. Film Making, Special FX (and "Art of") and Animation are also of interest as its what I do when I can get the gigs.
. . . how about YOU? :).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Gosh . . .
1.Having an amazing Female friend from Finland that is probably the sweetest, kindest person I have ever met.
2. Meeting all the members of the Band RUSH :D
3. The friends that are still around have been amazing in many different ways.
I'm adding a fourth because its very "Metal" :P I have met some incredible Artists and Musicians all my life :).
