About Me

CURRENT MISSION

learning Dutch, yippiiieieee!

ABOUT ME

I live and work in Vienna, and enjoy being here very much. I love coffeehouses, having long and lazy mornings, looking out of the window sometimes.
I am working as tour guide and German teacher in adult education, so I am surrounded by people most of the time.

PHILOSOPHY

When friends ask me 'whats new, whats going on in your life?' I always want to be able to tell a story, talk about an ecounter, an adventure, or thoughts I have at the moment. For me, thats the meaning of being alive.

Interests

I am absolutely fascinated by languages. At the moment I learn Persian, and I really enjoy my progress. I also love history and Art - so, Vienna is a great place to be for me! Hmm... also literature, meeting friends, writing Emails, working (jaa, I love my jobs - mostly...)

Music, Movies, and Books

ok, lets have a look at the Cds lying next to my kitchen-cd-player: Coldplay, Bulsara (mongolian alternative Rock), Shantel (Balkan Pop), Kiosk (persian blues or whatever that might be), a cd with persian poems, and some more.
movies: Pippi Langstrumpf!!! ;)
books: I am still discovering austrian literature, eg Joseph Roth, Franz Werfel, Thomas Bernhard,...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

life is sooo full of amazing things
standing on the top of a mongolian mountain
watching people pass by in an iranian bazar
walking through the wet air and the rainbows, when sprinklers are on in Volksgarten

Teach, Learn, Share

Can please finally somebody teach me how to eat sunflower seeds properly???
