My friends would tell you that I'm incredibly sexy, smart, and witty. No, I don't really have friends like that. But if I did, they would also tell you that I'm a great cook, I clean up well and I make new friends easily. Some day... I know that's what they'll say.

Interests

I spend a lot of my time in the kitchen. That's my current form of creative expression, and I love it because I can practice it 3x a day! Sometimes 4! I love spending time at farmer's markets, supporting those fighting the good fight. I also love scheming about artisan food coops, regional food distribution coops, communal living situations - all things I want to bring into my life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sneaking out to a forbidden public beach with a bunch of girls at summer camp. We waded in the water, laid in the sand and counted the shooting stars.

Watching the water at Iguazu Falls. I've never seen a natural element so captivating. Pictures do no justice because being there is truly electrifying.

Pasture-raising animals is not only good for the animals' digestive system and building up the soil, but its also (as one would imagine) more nutritious for us. The ratio of omega 3s to omega 6s is better than that of grainfed meat, creating healthy saturated fat!
