To see more of this world while I have a chance. To make people laugh till it hurts. And to eat a lot of food, I really like food.

ABOUT ME

20-something recently finished school and my travel bug is itching! I'm trying to find the words to tell you "all about me" without also sounding really cliche (I guess it's my inner writer). I guess I can mention that I love the arts. I've been drawing and painting for many years and dabble in photography. When I'm not working I'm hiking, at the beach, meeting with new/old people from all over the world (I live/grew up in Waikiki so I get the chance to meet people from all over). I love learning. Especially about other people and their cultures. Which is why I think traveling is extremely important and pretty much necessary in a person's life. Some people are afraid to go out there and explore, but heck, we only have one life to live. (Now that is cliche, but true). And along the way I hope to put a smile on as much faces as I possibly can. I want to spread true love and appreciation for all walks of life on this earth.

I don't have space available right now, but I can definitely show you around if you're on O'ahu whenever I'm free. I'll be moving to Portland soon so if anyone is around Portland in a few months, I can probably at least host you there (might not be able to show anyone around for a while as I'll be adjusting to it myself).

Music, Movies, and Books

Any movie with Gael Garcia Bernal. Radiohead is my favorite band but I've been digging trap music a lot lately. Ta-Ku is my favorite DJ. And I can appreciate a female singer with a strong, powerful voice (i.e. Cat Power, Fiona Apple, Lana Del Rey, etc.)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've done many hikes on the island of Oahu, a few in the pacific northwest. I've checked off skydiving and hope to do a lot more soon...

Teach, Learn, Share

I have knowledge in web & graphic design. Need me to design something for you? (Flyer, business cards, invitations, simple website.. Im your girl!) I'm also pretty clean, so I can give your home a good scrub down. My friend whom I'll be traveling with knows how to bake really well!
