ABOUT ME

I am a happy person, the most important thing in life for me is to enjoy each day as unique, and to meet people, in fact I love people, always every day I found myself smiling to others . I love to travel, I love my life and all the experiences that I had along the road since each of them had make me the person that I am now... Change is something that has been difficult for me , but believe me now I change every day , I m not attached to nobody or nothing only myself, and thats great for me because make my inner peace the greatest thing I have.

PHILOSOPHY

My philosophy is to live each day at once... not to think a lot but to listen to my heart and soul... help others to find inner peace, enjoy each second with gratitude and to enjoy life as much as I can...helping others is a most for me

I love to cook, to read, to travel, to spend time with friends talking , to dance specially salsa, to have dinner outdoors and to drink wine alone or with friends, I like to walk, to admire beauty of life, go to museums and to learn every day something new from others or books .... I love going to the sea

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies...that make me feel good and from which I can learn something good.
Music...I adore bossa nova, Jazz, Romantic Music, Inspirational Music, Regge, and I cant live without music all day long I am listening to someone new..
Books....I rather read books that make me a better person like Jorge Bucay, Eckart Tolle, Louis Hay, Paulo Coelho, Miguel Ruiz, Deepak Chopra, Marci Shimoff and so on.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to teach..what? everything I learned about life, about loving, about how to be a better human being and also to lear how to be Happy, I really believe that this can be teach. Also I can teach how to cook since this is my passion , could be mexican food but I can make many things on the kitchen.
