Hi! My name is Mariah and I'm an aspiring special education administrator and speech pathologist.
I attend school at Carleton College, a small liberal arts college in Northfield, MN, majoring in Linguistics and Theater. Houston, though, is where I call home. If you ever want to hear what it's like jumping from a major city to a small town in the-middle-of-nowhere Minnesota, I'm your girl.
I'm a social person who really enjoys meeting new people and getting to know them! My dream is to travel abroad and immerse myself in as many different cultures as I possibly can. For now, though, the continental US will do.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I went snorkeling in the Caribbean Sea, off of the coast of Cozumel and nearly got stranded, almost catching some sort of flesh eating bacteria from a coral reef while I was at it...I came out alright, though so I think that's pretty amazing. (be careful taking cheap snorkeling trips off the side of the road)
