About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Good Food, Good Music, Good Company. What more does one need in life?

ABOUT ME

My love for travel started as a result of my life as a "military brat." Since then, not only do I love traveling, but I'm addicted! I'm also addicted to music- even if there isn't any playing out loud, there's always a song in my head (I was gonna say in my heart, but thats a bit too cheesy for my taste). I'm very silly yet super chill at the same time. All I need in life is to be surrounded by good food, good music, and good company :)

PHILOSOPHY

If you want to do something, contemplate it for just a bit, then just do it!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Just looking to hang out with some chill, yet spontaneous fellow explorers when I arrive to a new destination.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I don't have much experience, but CS was an awesome way to meet people when I was in Uruguay and Argentina :)

Interests

MUSIC!!!! Food, traveling, kids, reading, learning new things, acting silly, picking up new languages, the list goes on and on...

Music, Movies, and Books

LOVE LIEBE ENCANTA Music! I listen to everything from classical to hip-hop, but don't like the extremes of a genre(screaming rock, rap where every other word is a cuss word)
Enjoy comedy movies, romantic comedies, suspense, disney movies too :)
Love Books! amusing lighthearted reads, classic literature, historical fiction

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've seen Stonehenge in England and also was taught how to play the drums in a Garifuna village in Honduras.

Teach, Learn, Share

Whenever you travel, don't expect things to be exactly as you're accustomed to in your home country- if that's what you want, you're better off staying home. Also, learn a few key words or phrases from the country you're about to visit- Please, Thank you, Excuse me, Hello, Goodbye, My name is and Sorry, I don't speak ________. Locals will be alot more receptive and willing to help if you make an effort.

Countries I’ve Visited

Argentina, Austria, Bahamas, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, El Salvador, Ethiopia, France, Greece, Guatemala, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kuwait, Luxembourg, Morocco, Netherlands, Nicaragua, Panama, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Uruguay

Countries I’ve Lived In

Belgium, Chile, Germany, Honduras, South Korea, United Kingdom, United States
