About Me

ABOUT ME

I am a Mother of 2 daughters. One lives in Montana the other is in university. I escaped from Los Angeles 2 years ago...have made Carmel my home. The beauty here and the honesty of the people captured me...I enjoy every moment of my life...wherever it takes me.

PHILOSOPHY

I am honest...with myself and others. I did live in a world where this was not the norm. I ran away 2 years ago. I need to be surrounded by immense beauty and find that daily in Carmel. I can get along with everyone and welcome different ideas and cultures...but, do not welcome dishonesty and negativity... Leave those at home!

Music, Movies, and Books

I see movies...
I listen to music...
I read books...
I do all of these passionately!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Safari in Kenya!
Visited a Masai tribe...it was perfect!
In the early 1980's cruising the Sepik River in Papua New Guniea...white people had only been introduced 6 months earlier and the villages hadn't been exposed to the masses yet...no Holiday Inns.
The Seychelles were magnificent in 1987....!
Lived in Paris for 2 years
Ran with the bulls in Pamplona
9 days in Morocco...
Scotland too many times...

Teach, Learn, Share

As previously stated, I enjoy highly intellectual and educated people. They seem to have no boundaries on their curiosity. However, all are welcome!
I tend to spend time in the forests near me...just walking. No agenda is necessary...just to enjoy the moments. There are magnificent state parks near me that I visit frequently...I'd love to show them to my guests... The most important characteristic I have learned in the past 2 years is to be immersed in THIS moment... To enjoy all that this moment can offer and stop trying to figure out the next 35 years of my life. I've learned to "let go". Perhaps I can help my guests get there...if even for a short time.
