About Me

Finish my thesis. Plan future trips and meet as many new people as I possibly can

I love my family, but I don't really enjoy family reunions. I enjoy spending time with friends. I love movies and eating delicious vegetarian food. I`m not into sports, I use to hide from my P.E. teacher at school, but I enjoy watching football games and ice-skating competitions. I used to enjoy reading, but then I started having less and less time to read. Right now I'm writing my thesis. I'm an English teacher, I enjoy teaching English for Medical Purposes. In November 2006 I had the chance to go to Washington D.C. where I acted as an interpreter in an International Council Meeting. I got this job because I used to be a volunteer at Special Olympics Paraguay. I also worked as an Admninistrative Assistant at Seacamp Association INC in the Florida Keys

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I stayed at Will`s apartment in New York City. He was a really nice host. Although my friend and I only stayed at his apartment during the night, since during the day we went sightseeing.

Music, Movies, and Books

Goo Goo Dolls, Thirteen Senses, One Republic, Lifehouse, among others. I really dig classics! I love thrillers and movies based on true stories! I used to enjoy reading pieces of Paulo Coelho, my favorite was The Alchemist. I almost finished reading the 1001 Nights. La oracion de la Rana by Anthony DeMelho is one of the best books ever! I've only read the second edition, I`m looking forward to reading the first one.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived in a Key for 4 months. I learned to swim "IN THE OCEAN"
