About Me

CURRENT MISSION

bake cakes, see the world

ABOUT ME

now i am an EVS-volunteer and live in Xanten, Germany, and work in the Archeological Park, which is absolutely wonderful. i am 23 years old, i'm a librarian (i hope it sounds not so boring, but yes, i extremely love old books, new books, illumination, medieval books, and i'm working with foreign science journals) and volunteer at the State Hermitage, i love to travel, of course, and i want badly to sail around the earth on a ship, so if you earn a yacht, let me now, i can be a cook on it. most of the time i don't like noisy parties and clubs, i'm more the pub or bar kind of person, where you can have a nice talk with a glass of wine/beer. i like meeting people from other countries and learn from them, because it's the best way to discover something new. also i love animals (i've a monster-cat and a 14-year dog), food, food, and food again, i can spend hours looking at fresh bread in a bakery and looking at somebody preparing something new, music, concerts, Scandinavia and deep North, anthropology, indigenous people and lifestyle, weird traditions and rituals, medieval art, black humor, animation, laughing at stupid (or not) things and dreaming about time-travelling.

PHILOSOPHY

Go then, there are other worlds than these (Stephen King "The Dark Tower")

Don't forget your towel
