Hey guys :)

My name is Marlene, I'm 21 years old. Originally i come from a small Austrian village but currently I live in Vienna to study Mass Media and Communication Science. Besides studying I do voluntarily work for an online magazine. Aswell, a few hours per week I do the press work for a small literature festival and have a part-time job at red bull media house.

My family, boyfriend and circle of friends mean much to me, I really cherish spending time with them. On the one hand, I enjoy living at the countryside - i really enjoy go jogging in contact with nature. On the other hand, I absolutely value living in a big city like Vienna. I love going to the theater and when I drive to University by bike, I always anew esteem the beauty of the city.

Last year i spent 2 months in Bruxelles, working as an au-pair. The time abroad has inspired me to travel more, visit new places and get to know new people.
I discovered traveling as one of the most interesting and inspiring things to do in my free time.

Therefore I'm very grateful that I'm nominated to spend my upcoming winter term in the Netherlands. Really can't wait to go there! :)

I am a keen cook and really love to prepare healthy and delicious meals but also tasty cakes and other small delicacies. Beside cooking and spending time with family/(boy)friend - Sport is one of my favorite things to do in my spare time.

People describe me as an extremely warm-hearted person but I also can prevail if a situation requires it. I’ve a lot of staying power and I’m really motivated to do my job as an Aupair conscien-tiously and carefully.

I’m an open-minded, sociable and lifelike person. These characteristics developed the wish to go abroad and learn more about another culture, language, family life and gain some unique experiences.

It would be nice if we could get to know each other on my next trip. Looking forward to meeting YOU. :)
