Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I used to co-host couchsurfers with my roommate when I was living in New Orleans. This was back in 2009 and I never couchsurfed myself; I only hosted people and it was very fun. It was awesome meeting people coming through and it let me see my resident city in a new way. I'd love to see new places in the world through the eyes of a local; this is probably a more authentic experience at almost every hosted house.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I travelled to Costa Rica for a surf trip after I had my thesis painting show. That was the most refreshing experience I've had.
