About Me

Mission: GETTING CONNECTED WITH THE WORLD IN ORDER TO WORK WITH IT AND HEAL IT. Pleased to have you read about me! I'm a human being learning about the world, now more specifically the theoretical and practical aspects of music through the guitar. I enjoy woodcarving, drawing, painting, singing, and helping out in general. Interested in permaculture and biodynamic farming. If you have stuff that needs moving or need help with an article you're writing, or perhaps some empathy; I'll be there - I love helping! Gardenwork is one of my passions as well. Vegan.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love helping because we're all one, so why not meet ourselves? Don't worry, I'm not going to be overly vocal about these beliefs.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Made a sign saying "Share a problem, receive a gift", and stood in the busiest street in Oslo. As people shared their problems, they received some paper-cranes me and my current girlfriend made. Once they got the crane as a symbol of their problem, they got the option of burning the crane as a metaphor for their will going through the problem, or they got to keep it until they felt ready to burn it or not. One man was deeply depressed, but after a chat with me about his problems his spirits were lifted, the crane was burnt, I vividly remember the smile on his face - he looked alive again.

Many more stories like these - just ask!

Teach, Learn, Share

Woodcarving, guitar-playing(I'm a novice at the guitar, but can teach you a few songs, some theory, and a brief history of the guitar as an instrument). Can rap a little, but pretty rusty.

I'm interested to learn more about any instrument nearby, and would love to learn whatever you know, and also to jam out with you so we can both have a good time!

Permaculture, chinese medicine, ayurveda, energy healing, are also interests of mine I'm happy to share and to know more about.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can also teach you a bit of foundation training, bambu kuning(a balinese derivative of tibetan tantra yoga), yoga, and some very good core strengthening exercises I've learnt over the years of rehabilitating myself physically.
