HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I went to New York in autumn 1997 and stayed for two weeks in the living room of a elderly woman that the mom of a friend knew from back in the day. On the last night of my stay she invited me out for dinner. While eating I told her that I appreciated her favor very much and I made the promise that I would return that favor to her or someone else whenever I could - that the favor would live on. In 2000 I went to Italy to study and didn't have a place to live. Two girls who had studied in Italy invited me to stay in their apartment for a month (because they didn't use it). I made yet a promise to them. I have since been able to host a few people and would love to extent the number. That's why I'm here.

I don't listen to music that much. However, I appreciate it when I do.
