I am semi retired and am looking forward to seeing more of the world and meeting interesting and fun people along the way. I travelled Europe with a back pack solo for three months prior to starting grad school so have always enjoyed travel and meeting people along the way. I enjoy many activities including hiking, biking, swimming and tennis. I also enjoy, especially on holidays, my morning coffee:-)

I enjoy reading, especially a good autobiography, film and music. I have many good friends but also enjoy solitary time to reflect and just take in the moment.

I like to cook simple meals with fresh ingredients and for the past 12 years have been enjoying the west coast lifestyle on Vancouver Island!
