About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To believe something impossible everyday

ABOUT ME

My name's Matthew; I've been in Melbourne around a year now. I'm looking to show new people the very things about this city that I know and love, and learn something new about it everytime.

I work full-time, running a restaurant just north of the city, and when I'm not there, I'm usually bar-hopping, club-dancing or trying to find the perfect Gin&Tonic; so far, more research needs to be done!

I'm gay; but in the same breathe I'm also a blonde. As they say, these things are just parts of you; you are the grand total of everything individual piece of you.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe in the act of indulging every emotion/feeling that comes to my mind; if I feel sad, then I'll be sad. I I feel euphoria, then I'll sing terribly to my customers and pray they don't flee. Life, is about realising that every tiny moment that you feel for something or someone, is the single greatest moment of your life. Lived over, and over again.

Interests

The consumption of good alcohol, Biographies and Philosophy novels, Black humour, sharp wit, Sci-Fi geek-marathons [only to be had under the cover of darnkess for shame] Horror films/books/anything [enjoyed only during the daylight hours], Coffee/Food/Good wine with friends and strangers, about 5 minutes total alone time a day [excluding sleep].

Music, Movies & Books

REC 1&2 [Spanish], The Dreamers, A Single Man, V For Vendetta, Christoper and his Kind, A Summer Storm [German], Firefly [Tv series], 28Days/Weeks Later

Anything by Augustus Burrows, Satre, or Oscar Wilde.

One Amazing Thing I've Done

Watching the sunrise in the middle of the Pacific Ocean; as if the sea gave the sun to the sky. Felt like seeing a small glimpse of eternity.
