ABOUT ME

I'm a guy who can't seem to sit still. I find myself, every six months or so, getting itchy feet, regardless of where I am. Then, I start traveling. Sometimes that takes me abroad, sometimes just around the States, but always somewhere. Most recently, it took me to Maui, where I worked reception at a youth hostel in exchange for my bed. And now, I seem to be in New York.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Though not always affiliated with the site, I'm a cronic couch surfer. It's the nature of a poor boy who can't sit still. He calls up a friend and says, Hey, I'll be there in a week.

Interests

I'm interested in classic books and good cafes to read them in. I'm interested in local foods, and the people who love to cook with them. I'm interested in good wine...though I usually have to drink the cheap stuff.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books, just about anything a hundred years old, or so. Music, the 70's, and the sixties are getting better. Movies, well, I've started to take a shine to old musicals.
