Coming up on my final semester in college in New York City. I am a young aspiring filmmaker working as a video editor and production sound mixer to pay the bills.

I'm originally from a suburb in New Jersey where I diligently ran track and did all my homework in high school. Originally wanting to be a doctor, I decided that going off the beaten path and dedicating my life to a career in film was the way for me after a semester in New York.

I am a classic introvert. I am so self-aware that you might find my voice get lower as conversation goes on because that thing I just said to you sounded silly. In smaller groups I open up more and I am a great listener. Creativity isn't limited to writing fancy poetry or painting pretty pictures. It's something we need to use more when coping with the challenges of our everyday lives.

Like everyone else on here, I want to travel to new places.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My girlfriend and I are going on a road trip down south from New York to experience as much of America as we can before we graduate. We're not doing this as a film project, we just want to enjoy the trip. We are quiet and respectful people and we can take our space if you'd like. Otherwise, we'd love to know what are the best things to do in your area that a generic travel website has no idea about. We appreciate your hospitality and hope to be a pleasure to host.
