Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on Couchsurfing because it is such a great way to travel and to get to know a countries culture and people. I think that passive, outsider tourism is not the reason why I love to go to other countries. I want to get to know customs, traditions and mentalities.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I would be a friendly and eager guest, ready to get to know my host. I also, really enjoy cooking so I could share some traditional Roman/italian recipes if they so desire. I enjoy having thoughtful conversations. I am an extremely low-effort type of host: I can sleep anywhere and eat anything. Really, letting me live in your house for a period of time is probably the greatest favor a person can do.
