Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Kind, clean and indipendent, I use to travel alone thinking the best way to live a different country is to share time with local people. That's why I decided to sign in in CS.
I knew the most interesting people on the road so keep on travelling!

Interests

I play guitar since I was a child (I had also a rock band some years ago) and I am always ready to make some noise if a guitar is available (can't forget that night in a hostel in Lisbon where I sang for hours with all the rommates).
As a music player I am also interested in listening to music: I appreciate a really wide range of genres starting from italian folk music to rock, latin, jazz and electronic music (I am also trying to learn some scratching and other djing tricks).
I use to travel alone with my reflex camera: when on the road I use to shoot landscape and street photography but I also like to take portraits. I really appreciate Enri Cartier Bresson, Elliot Erwitt, Robert Doisneau and Sebastiao Salgado just to let you know where I take the inspiration.
As Latins used to say "Mens sana in corpore sano", doing sports really makes me feel better. At the moment I am playing basketball and going to the gym, in the past I practised martial arts and hatha yoga.
I also attended a salsa/bachata course: always ready to dance!
Moreover I'm interested in cinema, arts and culture in general. While traveling I really like to put what I see in the time line to refresh what I studied.

What I Can Share with Hosts

We can have pleasant chats about our everyday life.
As a typical italian I like to cook: if you leave me in the kitchen you will taste the best italian spaghetti ever :P
As I mentioned before I am always ready to play my setlist at the guitar.
I can also teach you something if you are learning the guitar.
I will be glad to shoot you a portrait I will send you as a gift after the end of my journey: it will be a nice memory of my visit.
Trying to learn Spanish and French, I can also practice my Italian with you if interested.
