ABOUT ME

I'm a former Rotary Youth Exchange Student who went to Sweden during the 2000/2001 school year and loved the travel experience. When I heard about this website, I knew I had to sign up. I'm in my mid 20's, am finishing up my graduate degree, and inbetween writing papers for my final semester, I enjoy making mosaics.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm a Christian, but please don't read into it that I am some right wing, anti-homosexual, narrow minded, person. I don't push my religion on anyone. All I want is to meet people who are taking a journey and are willing to let me be a part of it.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Still a CS2 virgin, but I've been doing things like this my whole life, with inviting foreign students to my home over breaks, and my family in Georgia, USA has had many exchange students as well.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Slept in the Ice Hotel, 200km north of the Artic Circle. It was a cozy -17 degrees C. Plus, the northern lights are amazing. In 2008 I went to Tanzania and was amazed by the poverty as well as the love of the people.

I have my Master of Divinity, which means I am an ordained pastor in the Moravian Church. I try very hard not to push my beliefs on anyone, but am always up for a good conversation on matters of faith. I also am learning to do mosaics, and would welcome anyone to learn to do one while here. I'm interested in learning anything others have to teach as well. Life is a lesson!
