All forms of expression, especially electronic music (house, ghetto house, footwork, EDM, techno, ambient etc) and hip-hop. Lately been enjoying Lee Scratch Perry, Rihanna, Ruff Sqwad, Wiley, Jlin, Earl Sweatshirt, and Gas.

Down for any genre of movie..some all-time favorites would be Ferris Beller's Day Off, Interstellar, The Lego Movie, The Godfather, Ratatouille, Cloud Atlas, School of Rock. Some recent favorites - Face/Off, Tree of Life, The Sound of Music, Half Nelson, Mean Girls, Freaky Friday, Nas: Time is Illmatic, The Treasure of Sierra Madre, Guardians of the Galaxy, The Descent, Boyhood, Snow Piercer, Dogtown & Z-Boys.

I'm not particularly well-read to be honest - I tend to gravitate towards non-fiction stuff and I really like Paulo Cuelho - The Alchemist and The Book of Job lol

I'm looking to learn about methods of expression, ways people find joy, how to experience deeper sensitivity, deeper relaxation, deeper awareness..I'm not really in this experience to "teach" anybody anything but I'm happy to speak on my own experiences and how I got to the place where I'm at.
