I recently moved to Frisco, Colorado from near St. Louis. I was an attorney, but I wanted to switch things up. I have also written three novels--they are all thrillers. I love to snowboard, hike, golf, and travel. I've been to all 50 U.S. states, Canada, and Mexico. I'm looking forward to exploring all this world has to offer!

I like a wide variety of food. I'd once considered opening a fast-casual, plant-based restaurant. I'll eat just about anything. I'm not as into sports as I used to be. I still watch a lot of NFL thanks to fantasy football. I'm a Miami Dolphins fan. I'll also watch baseball, hockey, and golf. I'm into personal development. I LOVE having deep, spiritual conversations about existence.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Stories of my life experience. I was in the hospital last spring with a suspected heart attack (never had crushing pain, just an odd discomfort). It's odd because I'm in great shape, all my numbers were great, they did tests and it all came back great (except for elevated troponin). They think it was an acute stress response. Also odd, because I'm usually a very calm person.
