Hey folks,

I'm an easygoing person, keen on travelling, thoroughly discovering places and meeting known and unknown people anywhere in the world. Certainly not the classic party person. Don't get me wrong, I love to drink, dance, hang out too long etc. But I prefer small groups, in which you can have a good conversation and get to know each other rather than boasting around with funny jokes and awesome, wicked and unbelievable stories. And I know when I've had enough (one of the merits being almost 40...).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My house is your house, while I'm here. While I'm gone we'll just turn that around. I love this idea. I love to show interested people my hometown Berlin. I want to show people that Berlin is more than clubbing, boozing and drugs (if you're here for this it's fine, but then please stay in a hostel. I can give you loads of adresses where you will find likeminded people. And please shut up in the night and don't puke in front of my house...).

I love to cook. And eat. Good stuff. I hate tourist-restaurants. So I need someone to show me where the locals eat. And I will do the same viceversa. And cook us a meal. I'm a good chef!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm a handyman and can repair almost everything made of wood, steel, drywalls etc. If you've got the tools, I've got the skills. I'm a former Landscape Planner, so if you have a garden, I can consult you if things are not growing or working as planned.
And I can tell you stories. Loads of stories. Usually people have to force me to shut up...
